Breakfast: Stonyfield French Vanilla Yogurt (170); blueberries (50)
Lunch: King Oscar sardines (150); pretzels (220)
Dinner: Steak (2000); hot peppers and olive oil (260); buttered asparagus (200)
Walked 8+ miles - 4 in morning and 4 after work.
Spent another workday up north and the day just flew by. Hot and rather humid, the way I like it this time of year. Totally exhausted at end of day and went home early.
