Breakfast: Stonyfield French Vanilla Yogurt (170)

Lunch: Salad: Greens, broccoli, cauliflower, sunflower seeds, cucumber, tomato, raisins, cheese (400)

Dinner: (T-Bones): Boston Schrod (410); rice (300); broccoli (100)

Drinks: Coffee (200); Fuze (20); two Stella Artois (300); two Pilsner Urquell (300)

Walked 8+ miles - 4 miles in morning and 4 miles after work

Travelled to Connecticut this morning for boardroom meeting and then had dinner in Hudson, NH. In between, a lot of meetings and email. Temperatures got into the 80s today - the summer weather has arrived.
