Walked 12+ miles - 4 miles in morning, 4 miles in afternoon, 4 miles after work
Another cold, damp day, mostly in 40s and 50s. Heat still on in house.
Was a little hungry after work but the third walk and oatmeal took care of that. Already took in a belt notch on Day 3. Probably lost 5 pounds since Monday. Watched SNL episode 18 (Season 1) after work. Work was not too bad, so far, the week has been decent.
