Breakfast: Brown Cow Peach Yogurt and Blackberries
Lunch: Slice of Pizza at Rte 128 rest stop in Lexington
Dinner: Beef stew, some Halloween candy, some cashews, some rice cakes and a hunk of cheese.
Drinks: Three glasses of mead and two glasses Madeira.
Had the full walk this morning in almost total darkness as clocks haven't changed yet and sunrise isn't until close to 7AM. Very cold morning and first "hard" frost of year as temperature was around 28 degrees. Still, it felt good to be outside.
During the morning walk, listened to a few of Howie Carr Podcasts and then switched to Christmas music for the first day of that. Work turned out to be pretty good as October P&L is looking very decent. Met with wife in early afternoon and then ended workday up north.
It is Election Eve and there is much optimism for how things will turn out tomorrow.
After getting home, took dog for walk and read a little bit about WW2 but spent most of time on the blogs following the latest polls for the mid-term elections.

Halloween 2010 - Eve of Election Eve
Sunday, October 31, 2010 (Halloween)
Breakfast: Brown Cow Peach Yogurt and Blueberries
Lunch: Hunk of bread, granola bar, cashesws
Dinner: Chili and hunks of cheese
Drinks: Coffee, glass of mead, three Pilsner Urquell
Started day in Groton Town Forest with dog and it was a perfect fall morning for a hike. Got home and raked a few leaves but mostly got my iPods setup for Christmas music. DVR'd the football games and as the trick and treaters were coming to door, saw NYJ lose and NE beat Minnesota by score of 28-18. Listened to a lot of Halloween music on the Sirius/XM radios. Started getting very cold towards evening. Elections are only two days away and my mind is mostly on that.
