Breakfast: One and a half donuts (450)

Dinner: Raisins (150); Granola bar (150); spaghetti w/olive oil and tomato sauce (800); meatballs (400)
Drinks: Two coffees (50); one Fuse (10); four Pilsner Urquells (600)
End of a busy week of work. Another warm and humid day but got cooler towards night and was able to shut of A/C. Got F.I.O.S. at home this week and am finally able to get good wireless internet throughout the house at broadband speed. Quiet night with wife at home, we setup our favorite channels on the cable as there are something like 900 channels on the guide - most of them we are not subscribed to.
Will have to get pedometer to start counting steps again. But today, had a full 7,500 step walk in morning and about a 4,500 step walk after work. This is the best my back has felt since Memorial Day weekend so I think I'm ready to get back into regular routine.
