Dinner: (Outback) 14-oz Ribeye (1000); double broccoli (100); raisins (150); cashews (300); Brown Cow Coffee Yogurt (160)
Drinks: Three coffees (30); four Fosters Beer (600); two glasses red wine (300)
Still back pain but probably best day back-wise since Memorial Day weekend when it all began. Still blisteringly hot out there. Spent most of day in Providence, RI area. Went to Outback when I got home and spent rest of night reading/surfing web (reading "The Kill-Off" by Jim Thompson). Good night sleep last night but up past midnight tonight. Youngest son got a $280 speeding ticket a few nights ago - just told me.
