Long time since last update. Went to beach today and went much better than last year at this time. Temps in low 90s and read good portions of two books while at beach, "Methland" and "The Stand." Took out my back on Memorial weekend and the past 7-8 weeks have been with a lot of back pain. However, past two days it seems to be finally easing up. Went to Foxwoods with son last week for his 21st birthday. It's been a hot summer so far, just the way I like it.
