Well after nearly daily logs for some two years, I took a two-month hiatus from posting here. No particular reason other than fact that work and other things have taken up huge amounts of my time. In addition to work (which was approaching 12 hours a day), wife's father passed away, we had the holidays, and I've just not had the time to do my daily posting.
Things are still busy now and I probably won't be posting daily like I was.
Yesterday I walked 30,300+ steps and today I walked another 27,400+ steps. I've been not taking midday walks at work (due more to snow and ice on ground than anything else) but I'll try to get some midday walking in tomorrow. More snows are due to move in later in week.
