Dinner: (Outback) Broccoli soup (500); rack of lamb w/mashed potatoes and broccoli (1500); 2 oz. cheese (200); two hard boiled eggs (140)

Drinks: Pilsner Urquell (150); one apple cider (200); 24 oz. Foster's (300); two glasses red wine (360)

Had quarterly meeting this morning. Short walk. Left work early but didn't matter, got stuck in traffic jam getting son from college, had to drive him to work and by time I got changed, it was past 6PM. Very little walking got done today. Glad this week is over!

I have to get back on track with diet and exercise as I've put on at least 10 pounds over past month or so.
