Long walk (8 miles plus) on Groton-Pepperill bike trail got day off to a good start. Unseasonably warm today, up around 70. Watched New England Patriots go to 3-1 then did some more walking, almost made 15 miles. Still eating way too much but appetite has been enormous lately.
