Breakfast: Brown Cow Cherry Vanilla Yogurt (170); blackberries (60); oatmeal w/flax (220); raisins (120)

Lunch: King Oscar sardines (150)

Dinner: (Bertucci's) Two meatballs w/sauce and olive oil (300); one bread roll w/olive oil (150); salmon (300); bed of spinach & broccoli (100)

Drinks: two coffees (100); 8 oz. Odalla Citrus c-Monster (150); two Stella Artois; two glassed red wine (360)

Walked 21,000+ steps

Got about six hours sleep last night but still very tired. Can hardly keep my eyes open as I type this. Work is going full-speed ahead and I managed to function okay again today.
