Good day today to end another very short weekend. Unlike last year at this time when I had vacation, it is going to be a very busy week of work upcoming. Had a good walk today in Groton woods and dog especially had fun slogging through a lot of muddy water. Had to give it a massive bath tonight. Temps hit about 60 but as I write this tonight, it's back down to 35 degrees.
Lost another pound over the past week even though it seems I've been overeating lately. Just very hungry. But if I overeat, at least it's nothing but good, healthy food. Read another 100+ pages of Cathedral of Sea and listened to a lot of good music from Baroque music to Bob Dylan's radio hour to Vin Scelsa's radio shows.
