Got a good night sleep last night and felt good doing the morning walk at Harry Rich forest in Groton. Halfway through the walk, a light snow started falling. Not much snow fell today but a major storm is moving in around midnight and expecting 15 inches of snow tomorrow.

A little discouraging at the weekly weighing, actually gained 6/10ths of a pound since last week. But I think I might have some muscle building up from all the walking.
