Much milder day today after a frigid week, got well into 50s and was already above freezing when I got up this morning (34 degrees). This entire week at work was quite slow, very strange. Also, it seems like I had a spurt of weight loss this week and I guess I'll know for sure when I get on the scales Sunday but it feels like I lost at least 5 pounds in past week. Lots of energy and feeling good.
