Got drenched in the morning walk today on the Groton-Ayer bike trail. Lost one pound this past week in the weekly weigh-in. Mostly drizzle and light rain most of day but some heavier showers moving in tonight. Raw and chilly, mostly upper 30s all day. I am definitely breaking my streak of 20,000+ step days tomorrow as I drive to New Jersey and have business meetings most of day. No way I'll be able to sneak out for a walk tomorrow afternoon, so I'll have to make the morning walk count.
