Slept so deep last night I had nightmares (can't remember them) and woke up in middle of night. I never really woke up this morning, in a daze most of it, but had no problem getting my walking in. Got a stack of books from library to get through and not enough hours in day to read them all.

Weekly weigh-in is tomorrow and it doesn't feel like I lost any weight this week even though I maintained my level of exercise and ate pretty well. Although my body is pretty sore from all the walking, it is feeling much stronger. Belt is on the 28th notch and still feels comfortable.
