Dinner: Salad greens (40); cherry tomatoes (30); two hard-boiled eggs (140); 1 oz. cheese (100); 1 oz. pepitas/sunflower seeds (150); 1 serving garbazano beans (100); wild rice (200); broccoli (100); small serving pot roast (200); olive oil (240)

Drinks: two coffees (100); Propel (25); black tea (0); Trader Joe's fruit juice (120); one Sam Adams White Ale (150); one Pilsner Urquell (150); two glasses red wine (360)

Near perfect day today, got into upper 50s and got plenty of walking and reading in. Got on the scales and down to 226.8 pounds - or 5.2 pounds less than last week. Still, I think last weeks reading was faulty and that I actually lost 2-3 pounds each of the past two weeks instead of over 5 in one.

Took long drive midday to New Hampshire ending up at Trader Joe's where I got some nuts, garbazano beans, black bean soup and other stuff.

After this taste of spring, supposed to snow tonight and tomorrow.
