New routine started this morning. Up at 5AM on the button, in the shower, breakfast, and out on the street with the dog by 5:30AM. This morning, I walked full hour and had nearly four miles logged before even going to work. This enabled me to easily go over 10 miles today.
During the morning walk, started in near total darkness (except a nearly full moon) and saw the dawn gradually take over the sky. Temps were on the cool side (about 18 degrees) but tolerable.
A pretty easy day at work, my brother showed up unexpectedly as he was investigating that accident that happened in front of my office last week.
After work, took down Christmas lights in dining room and only one more room to go (the living room).
