Last night I totally crashed when I got into bed and fell into very deep sleep. All the exercising (and less calories) is really helping my sleep. Another whirlwind day at work but got through it just fine. My laptop finally arrived from repair today so hopefully it stays fixed this time.
Went to Westford Grille with wife after work and did a lot of walking today. Weather started out mild but got colder by nightfall. A thunderstorm rolled through last night but I hardly heard it.
