Not a great start this morning, overslept, first walk turned into a dead end (tried new path) and forgot to close pedometer so I lost around a thousand steps. But ended up with a 9 mile walk at Harry Rich forest and got about another 3.5 miles in rest of day.
Around dark, it started snowing and is coming down quite hard as I write this at 8:30 PM.
The vacation is going well but as usual, I can never get on track with reading. I did read some today but not nearly as much as I would like. I've got stacks of books and magazines that need reading but so little time!
The weight loss thing is puzzling as well, I lost only one pound last week and it doesn't seem like I lost any this week (weigh myself on Sunday) despite walking more than I ever have and eating as good as I ever did. But the main thing is I feel good and my belt is on the 25th notch, where it was around the 14th or 15th notch at the beginning of this year. So I will continue on.
