Dinner: Salad consisting of salad greens (40); sunflower seeds (100); 1 oz. cheese (100); one hard-boiled egg (70); cucumber slices (10); olive oil (240). 12-oz cod (360); 1 cup whole grain brown rice (150); two bunches broccoli w/butter and garlic (400)
Drinks: Two coffee (100); Propel (25); two glasses red wine (360)

Woke up very sore this morning from the 20-miles of walking yesterday so decided to "take it easy" today. So took a walk this morning in Estabrook woods with dog and as I started walking, felt much less sore so by the time I was done, I had logged 10 more miles! Still, I decided to call it quits for the day as my body does need a rest.
Was pretty hungry today so ate quite a bit more than normal, but made sure it was nothing but healthy food. Spent most of day reading.
