Breakfast: Brown Cow Strawberry Yogurt (180); oatmeal (150); raisins (120)

Lunch: 1 oz. cheese (100); apple (110); shredded wheat w/milk (200)

Dinner: (Wu Lu Ming) Egg drop soup (200); about 1 cup boiled white rice (200); chicken, shrimp & broccoli in light sauce (500)

Drinks: One coffee (50); green tea (0); black tea (0); one Kirin beer (150); two glassed red wine (360)

Walked 23,800+ steps

Slept a little fitfully last night but still woke up early (for a Saturday) and took dog on 7 mile walk in Estabrook woods. After the usual errands, got some good book reading down and then oldest son took us all out for dinner at chinese restaurant.

Three nights in a row at restaurants but I think I'm doing a good job eating healthy. After chinese restaurant, I'm usually feeling bloated but not this time.
