Walked about 7 miles on the Ayer-Groton bike trail and then another 7 miles walk late in the afternoon through Chelmsford/Westford - including the pathway to another neighborhood off Buckboard St. Day flew by but got a lot of reading and music listening done.
Lost just one pound over the past week - I think eating out at restaurants the past three nights didn't help. Even though I watched carefully what I ate, the restaurants tend to put a lot of stuff in their food they don't tell you about. Body fat did go down to 22.6 though (from 23.4 the week before) so that is a very good sign.
