Dinner: Salad greens (40); olive oil (120); beef stew w/potatos, carrots (600)

Took about a 6-mile walk through neighborhood this morning. It never went below freezing last night and stayed in the 40s most of the day. Lot of melting going on but it got back to freezing later at night.
Weekly weighing this morning and lost exactly 4 pounds since last week! Now down about 15 pounds since Jan 1. Able to wear pants I haven't worn in at least two years.
Otherwise, not a very eventful day at all, got a lot of reading and walking done. Ready for one more workweek before another week of vacation.
