Dinner: Salad greens (40); sunflower seeds (100); 1 oz. cheese (100); King Oscar sardines (150); two hard-boiled eggs (140); olive oil (120); apple (110); Brown Cow Apricot Mango Yogurt (170); blackberries (50)

Drinks: Two coffees (100); Propel (25); three Pilsner Urquell (450)

Just about 6 hours of walking today! Started day with a 10 mile walk at Harry Rich forest in Groton. Walked from 8:30 to 11:30AM. Then another 10 mile walk around the neighborhood went from 3PM until just before 6PM. This was most I've walked in a day since 2003 when I lost all that weight. Cardiovascular system working great, I could have walked much more if I wanted to. Overall health is the best it has been in years.

Yesterday, I went over a million steps for the year and will be looking to get the second million done by around the beginning of April.

Started "House of Lords" by Philip Rosenberg. Good novel.
