Breakfast: Stonyfield Strawberry Yogurt
Lunch: None
Dinner: Can of King Oscar sardines, raisins, crackers, Christmas cookies, peanuts
Drinks: One hot coffee, one Propel, one Sam Adams Winter lager, three Pilsner Urquells
Walked 10,000+ steps
Workday much more hectic but manageable. Weather very strange. Very high winds this morning blew down some tree branches and Christmas decorations in yard and it was in low 60s. Temps slowly dropping during day but still in upper 40s at nightfall. Lots of heavy downpours and cloudy all day. Been very hungry these past few days.
