Breakfast: Stonyfield Strawberry Yogurt
Lunch: Meatball Sub (Mighty Subs)
Dinner: Crackers, raisins, peanut butter
Drinks: One hot coffee, three Pilsner Urquells, one shot of Knob Creek whiskey
Walked 13,700+ steps
Bitter cold today! Was about 9 or 10 degrees above this morning with below zero windchill. Never got out of the lower 20s during the day and was back to 10 degrees by bedtime. But it was a smooth day at work and got much done.
