Breakfast: (Waffle House - Boaz, AL) - Ham and cheese omelette, bacon, grits, toast, coffee
Lunch: (McDonalds - Someplace in lower Virginia) - Plain cheeseburger
Dinner: (Olive Garden - Winchester, VA) - Salmon, broccoli, bread, salad, olive oil
Drinks: Two hot coffees, two Propels, two Pilsner Urquells, two glasses zinfandel wine
Walked 12,000+ steps
Today started the long drive back from Alabama. Ended the night at Winchester Virginia after about 700 miles of travelling. This was a notable visit to Alabama in that I did not visit a single restaurant (including the perennial Catfish Cabin) and never had one southern iced tea. Not on purpose. Just happened that way. Got good news from work on the way back while I was in Tennessee and I was so happy about it I ended up taking wrong turn and going 60 miles out of my way!
