Breakfast: (Waffle House - Winchester, VA) - Ham and cheese omelette, grits with cheese, toast, bacon.
Lunch: Raisins
Dinner: Two hard-boiled eggs, tortilla rounds, more raisins
Drinks: One hot coffee, two Propels, four JC minis, two glasses Rancho Zabaco zinfandel.
Another long day of driving started out at the Waffle House in Virginia shortly after 5AM where the waitress was really bizarre and the coffee was terrible. The drive home was a relatively quick one, pulling into the driveway around 3PM after about 525 miles.
Came home to a newly painted house with burgundy red replacing the ugly chocolate brown.
Took dog for a walk at sunset and the deer flies were out in force. Will have to wear the taped hat for a while.
