Breakfast: (Waffle House) - Ham and cheese omelette; grits, toast
Lunch: (Sonic) - Double cheeseburger
Dinner: Salad, olive oil, some beef and carrots, mixed vegetables
Drinks: Two hot coffees, two or three Propels, two Stella Artois beers
Walked 13,000+ steps
Drove nearly 600 miles today from Winchester, VA to Alabama. Got in around 4:30PM. Hot day, low to mid 90s.
