Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage
Lunch: Roast beef & cheese sandwich w/ lettuce & tomato, pita bread
Dinner: Rice, chicken, lettuce, broccoli
Drinks: One coffee, One Spring water, four Foster lagers
Walked 10,800+ steps
Coming home late tomorrow night
