Breakfast: Stonyfield Strawberry Yogurt
Lunch: Just over half loaf of olive bread (freshly baked at Whole Foods)
Dinner: Two chicken legs, rice, broccoli, olive oil, dried cranberries
Drinks: Two Propels, one coffee, four JC minis
Walked 11,000+ steps
Heavy rains most of the day with a break in the morning to get one long walk in (Minuteman bike trail)
Sunday, March 9
Breakfast: Stonyfield Strawberry Yogurt; 10 blackberries
Lunch: Two hard-boiled eggs, crackers & cheese, peanuts
Dinner: Some kind of manicotti, meatballs, olive oil, raisins
Drinks: One coffee, two glasses win, four Pilsner Urquells
Walked 11,000+ miles
Very windy and cold (for this time of year) day
Clocks turned forward and the skies were still bright well past 6PM.
