Breakfast - Stonyfield Strawberry Yogurt with 12 blackberries
Lunch - Rosemary bread from Whole Foods with olive oil. Salmon.
Dinner - Chili, cheese, some bread
Drinks: Two coffees. Four Pilsner Urquells. Three glasses wine.
Walked 14,000+ steps
Did some writing the last couple of days and published it. Took dog on walk in Groton. Another cloudy, dank March day. Most of snow now melted but still too muddy to work on yard. Added a lot of songs to the iPod anyway. Now reading some of Jack London's short stories.
