Refer to User's Guide...
Went to bed before 9PM past night and woke up in middle of night thinking it was almost time to get up. When I checked the clock, it was 1:40AM and I still have over three hours of sleep left. Felt good to drift back to sleep but had some weird dreams including hiking in the middle of the city and then taking one of the three presidential candidates across a busy highway - very weird.

Dinner: Chicken breast, chicken cutlet stuffed with broccoli, dried cranberries, one cookie, crackers and cheese.

Walked 10,000+ steps (it was 19 degrees this morning but warmed up to mid-40s by end of day)
Still with a lot of back pain. Took dog to vet after work for kennel shot. Sirius and XM radio got OK to merge.
