Heading into late February

Slept a solid eight hours.

Breakfast: Stonyfield Strawberry Yogurt

Lunch: Two hard-boiled eggs, crackers with cheese & peanut butter

Dinner: Two chicken legs, broccoli, sweet potato, olive oil, a few peanuts

Liquid: Two coffees. One Propel. One Pilsner Urquell. Four JC minis. Three glasses wine.

Walked 13,300+ steps.

Getting ready for a rainstorm tonight and tomorrow.
