This is actually for Thursday, February 21, as I once again fell asleep too early due to the lingering flu.
Breakfast: Stonyfield Strawberry Yogurt
Lunch: Small meatball sub
Dinner: Seafood Mediterranean (scallops, shrimp, linguine, olive oil, garlic), clam chowder.
Liquids: One coffee, two Propels, two Stella Artois
Walked 12,800+ steps.
