This is for February 19 as I was so sick yesterday I went to bed around 8PM.
Breakfast: Stonyfield Strawberry Yogurt
Lunch: Low carb bagel
Dinner: Two chicken cordon blue, corn, olive oil. Two hard-boiled eggs, a few crackers.
Liquids: Three Propels.
Walked 12,300+ steps.
Overslept by an hour, knew right away that I had gotten the sickness. Was in a daze most of day and in high fever when I got home. Went to bed shortly after 8PM with a sweater on and was still cold. Woke up a couple of times during the night but overall felt better by morning.
