Breakfast: Stonyfield Strawberry Yogurt

Lunch: Two sunflower rounds

Dinner: Two hard-boiled eggs, beef & barley soup, some crackers, dried blueberries, dried cranberries, peanuts.

Liquids: Two coffees. Three Pilsner Urquells

Walked 13,000+ steps.

Definitely lost at least a couple of inches since first of year as I was able to put on trousers that would not fit me at all during the holidays.

Work was actually on the slow side today - for a change.
