Breakfast: Stonyfield Strawberry Yogurt
Lunch: Low Carb Bagel
Dinner: Slow-cooked Chicken, two handfuls raisins, two handfuls peanuts. A few crackers.
Liquids: Three coffees. One Starbucks iced coffee. Three Pilsner Urquells.
Walked 16,500 steps
Work today was relentless but at least I got some good walking in. Started out cold (11 degrees) but warmed well into the 30s.
