As predicted, woke up sore this morning from all the gutter work yesterday. But the kind of sore that feels good because you know you got a good workout. Went to Groton for a five-mile walk with the dog and saw a lot of bare ground for the first time in a while. Won't last long however as there will be a heavy snowstorm moving in tonight that will dump a foot or more of snow by the time it ends.
Spent the entire afternoon catching up on emails from work and watching NFL playoff football. Two great games. San Diego beat Indianapolis and will be playing New England next week. The Dallas Cowboys got beat and now there will be a playoff game in Green Bay next week. Weather should be very cold for both games.
Overall, a very restful day after a hectic week.
Breakfast: Stonyfield strawberry yogurt. Lunch: Three hard-boiled eggs and two handfuls peanuts. Dinner: Some kind of spinach/garlic hamburger (good) with rice and two handfuls of raisins.
Liquids: Two coffees. Four Pilsner Urquells. Two glasses wine.
Walked only about 10,500 steps. After that five-mile walk this morning, that was about it for exercise. I'll make up for it tomorrow with the shoveling of all that snow.
