Day was consumed by work. Didn't get home until nearly 8PM and after the dog was walked, I was ready for bed.
Breakfast: Stonyfield strawberry yogurt. Lunch: Low-carb bagel. Dinner: Two hard-boiled eggs, four handfuls of raisins, two handfuls peanuts, about 30 unshelled peanuts and a Stonyfield strawberry yogurt.
Liquids: Two coffees, four Sam Adams lagers, and a wine glass full of some kind of Italian liqueur that I can't remember the name of.
Walked about 17,500 steps.
Had varying degrees of energy today. But right now I'm tired and about to go to bed.
