Breakfast: Stonyfield Strawberry Yogurt
Lunch: Low-Carb Bagel
Dinner: Pizza. The thin pizza from Whole Foods. Two handfuls raisins.
Liquids: Three coffees, one Propel, three Pilsner Urquells.
Walked 13,650 steps.
Got four new tires, front wheel alignment and an oil change on the car today. Over $700 bill.
Most of the day, I worked out of the car or at the dealership.
Dog threw up tonight everywhere, spent over an hour cleaning up dog vomit.
